The Need: A public-private partnership of foundations, businesses and city agencies, was preparing to undertake a multi-million dollar investment to bolster a particular citywide social service. Before beginning, they needed a complete picture of what already existed in the city, how this compared to initiatives around the country, and what were the current best practices.

How we helped: MGA surveyed local providers, via interviews and focus groups, to get a clear picture of current local service models and trends. We then analyzed nationwide trends and best practices, and conducted a complete review of the current relevant literature.
